Kitchen
Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze for exceptional strength, durability and a distinctive hand-finished appearance. Mahogany packers create a subtle shadow gap between the rack and the wall, adding depth while protecting the surface behind.
Design
An 80cm kitchen utensil rack with twelve evenly spaced solid bronze hooks, designed to keep everyday cooking utensils organised and within easy reach. The clean, architectural form turns practical storage into an intentional design feature, while the mahogany packers create the impression that the rack gently floats away from the wall.
Style advice from Mark
I like to keep the utensils I use every day out on display rather than hidden away in drawers. A well-stocked utensil rack makes cooking easier, frees up valuable drawer space and gives a kitchen the feel of a room that's genuinely used. I think kitchens look their best when the tools you reach for most often become part of the design.
Installation
Easy to install using the supplied solid brass screws. Mahogany packers are included to create a subtle shadow gap between the rack and the wall.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques before being individually finished by hand.

12 solid bronze utensil hooks.

Material: Made from solid sand-cast bronze for exceptional strength, durability and a distinctive hand-finished appearance. Mahogany spacers create a subtle shadow gap between the rack and the wall, adding depth while protecting the surface behind.
Design: The Sand-Cast Bronze Kitchen Pan Rack is an 80cm wall-mounted rack with four generously spaced bronze pan hooks, designed to support heavier cookware while creating an architectural feature within the kitchen. Its simple form celebrates the honesty of the materials and the craftsmanship behind them.
Style advice from Mark: I like to keep the pans I use every day on display rather than hidden away in cupboards. A well-positioned pan rack makes cooking more enjoyable, keeps heavy cookware within easy reach and gives a kitchen the feel of a room that's genuinely used. It works particularly well above a worktop, beside a range or in a pantry.
Installation: Easy to install using the supplied solid brass screws. Mahogany spacers are included to create a subtle shadow gap between the rack and the wall.

Ideal for hanging frying pans, saucepans, sauté pans and other everyday cookware in kitchens, pantries and utility rooms.
Finish Notes
Raw sand-cast bronze, left unlacquered to develop a natural patina over time. Subtle variations in colour and texture are part of the casting process and make every pan rack unique.
Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze, each draining rack is handcrafted in a British foundry. The raw bronze finish develops a rich natural patina over time, making every piece unique.
Design
Available in Medium and Large, the draining rack is designed to sit proudly above the kitchen sink. The generous spacing makes it ideal for drying saucepans, frying pans, mugs and larger kitchen items. Add wire baskets if you wish to store plates, cutlery or smaller utensils.
Style advice from Mark
I like draining racks to be seen rather than hidden away. Positioned above the sink, they free up valuable worktop space while giving the kitchen a practical, hardworking feel. They're just as useful for everyday cookware as they are for displaying the things you use most often.
Installation
Because of the weight of the rack, installation should be carried out by a competent tradesperson. Resin fixings into a structural wall are recommended. Fixings are not supplied.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques.
Lead Time
Made to order with a lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks.
Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze. Left unlacquered, the bronze will naturally develop a rich patina over time, giving each piece its own unique character.
Design
The Soap Rack, Cast Bronze is a compact wall-mounted shelf designed to keep bars of soap, sponges and washing-up brushes neatly organised beside the sink. Its open design allows water to drain away, helping soaps dry more quickly while keeping worktops uncluttered.
Style advice from Mark
I'm a great believer in getting everyday objects off the worktop. A small wall-mounted soap rack instantly makes a sink area feel calmer and more considered. Whether it's beside a Belfast sink in the kitchen or next to a basin in the bathroom, it creates a practical home for the things you reach for every day without adding visual clutter.
Installation
Suitable for fixing to timber, masonry or tiled walls using the supplied brass screws and appropriate wall plugs where required.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques before being individually fettled and finished by hand.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days, subject to availability.
We ship worldwide, including the USA.
Use Case
Ideal beside kitchen sinks, utility room sinks and bathroom basins for holding soap, washing-up brushes and sponges. Equally at home in traditional, country, industrial and contemporary interiors.
Finish Notes
The solid bronze is left unlacquered, allowing it to age naturally and develop a rich patina through everyday use. Variations in colour and texture are part of the sand-casting process and make every soap rack unique.
Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze for exceptional strength and durability. The raw bronze surface retains the subtle texture and variation created by the traditional casting process and will develop a natural patina over time.
Design
A substantial utility hook designed for jobs that require something stronger than a conventional coat hook. Its deep curved profile provides plenty of room for hanging larger or heavier items while retaining the simple, functional character of the original design.
Style advice from Mark
This is really a working hook rather than a decorative one, although the cast bronze means it still looks good enough to use anywhere. I particularly like them in larders and pantries for hanging heavy cast iron pans, or in utility rooms and workshops where you need somewhere substantial for tools and equipment.
Installation
Designed with three fixing holes for a secure installation. Supplied with solid brass screws. The appropriate fixing method should always be chosen for the wall or surface it is being attached to, particularly when hanging heavier items.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques. Small variations in texture and colour are a natural part of the process.

Material
Crafted from solid sapele hardwood, chosen for its strength, durability and beautifully rich grain. Finished with a hand-applied French polish that enhances the warmth and depth of the timber while providing a refined, traditional finish.
Design
A classic two-step stool with generous treads and compact proportions, designed to provide safe, comfortable access to high shelves while remaining elegant enough to leave on display. Its timeless form feels equally at home in traditional country kitchens and contemporary interiors.
Style advice from Mark
A good step stool is one of those pieces you'll use almost every day. I like leaving one tucked beside a pantry cupboard or kitchen dresser, ready for reaching the top shelf without having to fetch a ladder. They're equally lovely for children who want to help with baking or washing vegetables at the worktop, giving them a safe way to join in.
Installation
No assembly required. Delivered fully assembled and ready to use.

Use Case
Ideal for kitchens, pantries, libraries, dressing rooms and utility rooms. Perfect for reaching high cupboards, bookshelves and storage while also making a charming kitchen helper for younger members of the family.
Finish Notes
Finished with a traditional hand-applied French polish, enhancing the natural beauty of the sapele hardwood while providing a rich depth of colour and a soft lustre. As with all solid timber, natural variations in grain and colour are part of what makes every piece unique.
Material
Made from sand-cast bronze, offering exceptional durability and a rich living finish that develops additional character with age. The raw bronze surface celebrates the natural texture and subtle variation created by traditional casting methods.
Design
A simple peg-style hook with a gently upturned end, designed specifically for storing kitchen scissors and other everyday tools. Its compact form keeps frequently used items close to hand while adding a subtle architectural detail to the wall.
Style advice from Mark
I designed this hook because I could never find my kitchen scissors when I needed them. Mounted beside a preparation area, it gives scissors a permanent home and keeps them within easy reach. It's equally useful in utility rooms, workshops and studios where good organisation tends to make life considerably easier.
Installation
Easy to install. Supplied with brass screws.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques.

Use Case
Designed primarily as a kitchen scissor hook, but equally useful for dressmaking shears, craft scissors and other small everyday tools. Ideal for kitchens, utility rooms, workshops and creative spaces where frequently used tools need a permanent home.
Finish Notes
The raw bronze is left unlacquered and will naturally oxidise over time, developing a deeper and richer patina with use. Subtle variations in colour and texture are inherent to the sand-casting process, making each hook unique.
Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze. Left unlacquered, the bronze will naturally develop a rich patina over time, giving each hook its own unique character.
Design
The Pan Hook, Cast Bronze is a simple, robust wall hook designed for hanging copper pans, cookware and kitchen utensils. Its understated form allows the objects it holds to become part of the room, while the weight and texture of the cast bronze add a subtle architectural detail.
Style advice from Mark
Some of the most beautiful things in a kitchen are the ones you use every day. Copper pans, well-made utensils and wooden chopping boards deserve to be on display rather than hidden away in cupboards. I always try to keep the practical things that are also beautiful within easy reach, while anything plastic or less attractive stays behind closed doors.
Installation
Suitable for fixing to timber, masonry or tiled walls using the supplied brass screw and an appropriate wall plug where required.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry using traditional sand-casting techniques before being individually fettled and finished by hand.

Material
Made from solid sand-cast bronze, with the natural texture and subtle variation created by the traditional casting process. The bronze is left raw and unlacquered so it will develop a richer patina with age and use.
Design
A simple, versatile S-hook designed for hanging everyday items throughout the home. The cast form has a pleasing weight and slight irregularities that give it considerably more character than a machine-made hook.
Style advice from Mark
S-hooks are one of the most useful pieces of hardware you can own. I use them in kitchens for hanging utensils, mugs and brushes, but they're equally useful in utility rooms, pantries, workshops and wardrobes. Their beauty really lies in their simplicity and flexibility.
Installation
No installation required. Simply hang from a suitable rail, rack or hanging bar.

Use Case
For hanging kitchen utensils, brushes, mugs, tea towels, baskets and other everyday household items. Particularly useful in kitchens, pantries, utility rooms, workshops and wardrobes.

The bronze is raw and unlacquered. It will naturally oxidise and develop a deeper, darker patina over time. Areas that are regularly handled may age differently, making each hook increasingly individual with use.
Material: Made from solid sand-cast bronze, this wall bracket is handcrafted for strength, durability and a distinctive natural finish.
Design: Designed to securely hold a 500ml single-pump Aesop bottle, the bracket keeps soap close to hand while freeing up valuable worktop space. Its simple form allows the bottle to become part of the overall design rather than simply something left beside the basin.
Style advice from Mark: Wall-mounted soap dispensers are a small detail that make a surprising difference. Lifting the bottle off the worktop makes the room feel calmer, keeps surfaces easier to clean, and gives the bathroom or kitchen a more considered appearance.
Installation: Easy to install. Fix securely to the wall using the supplied solid brass screws.
Craftsmanship: Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry.
Material
Made from lightweight birch plywood, offering a practical balance of durability, strength and ease of handling. Finished with a leather hanging strap and treated with Clark's food-safe oil, which penetrates into the timber to help protect the board from drying and cracking.
Design
A generously sized serving board designed for pizzas, flatbreads and sharing dishes. The simple paddle shape and exposed birch ply edge create a clean, understated look that sits comfortably in both traditional and contemporary kitchens.
Style advice from Mark
I like kitchen tools that earn their place on display rather than being hidden away in a cupboard. This board is light enough for everyday use yet attractive enough to leave hanging on a rail or hook between meals. It's equally useful for serving pizza, bread, cheese or simple sharing platters when entertaining.
Installation
No installation required. Leather hanging strap included for easy storage.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in Britain.

Material: Made from solid sand-cast bronze, the Cast Bronze Sink Brackets offer exceptional strength and durability, with a raw bronze finish that develops a unique patina over time. Available in Small (12"), Medium (16"), and Large (20") to suit different sink sizes and installation needs.
Design: Designed to support Butler, Belfast and utility sinks, these brackets provide exceptional strength while celebrating the honest character of sand-cast bronze. The Large (20") brackets can also be used to support heavy-duty shelving, seating and bespoke worktops. Please scroll down for links to the sinks we recommend pairing with these brackets.

They create the feeling of a hardworking space without sacrificing warmth or character. The larger brackets also lend themselves beautifully to supporting benches, shelves and worktops throughout the home.
Installation: Installation should be carried out by a tradesperson to ensure optimal stability. Each bracket is unique and should be handled with care during installation. Resin fixings are recommended; no screws are supplied.

Design
Inspired by traditional fishing hooks, this wall hook reinterprets a familiar working object in solid cast bronze. Fixed with two screws for excellent stability, it combines sculptural simplicity with everyday practicality, making it as decorative as it is useful.
Style advice from Mark
This is one of those pieces that always makes people smile. I use them for keys, dog leads, brushes and kitchen utensils, but they're equally at home holding a loofah beside a bath or a tea towel in a pantry. I like using several together, creating a rhythm along a wall while keeping everyday objects neatly organised and always within reach.

Material
Made from metal with a durable grey powder enamelled finish.
Design
A small, simple screw-in hook designed for practical everyday use. The integral screw fixing allows the hook to be positioned exactly where it is needed without a separate mounting plate.
Style advice from Mark
I particularly like these for pendant lights where the ceiling rose isn't quite where you want the light to hang. A discreet screw hook lets you position a lightweight pendant exactly where it works best. They're also useful screwed beneath kitchen shelves for hanging mugs.
Installation
Screws directly into a suitable timber surface or into an appropriate fixing when used in a ceiling or wall. Always ensure the fixing and substrate are suitable for the intended load.
Use Case
Ideal for positioning lightweight pendant lights and for hanging mugs beneath kitchen shelves. Also useful as a small general-purpose hanging hook around the kitchen or utility room.
Finish Notes
Finished in a grey powder enamel for a durable, understated surface that works particularly well alongside painted joinery and traditional interiors.
Please Note
Designed for lightweight applications only.

For smaller washing-up essentials, see our <underline>Kitchen Sink Tidy Pot</underline>, designed to keep brushes, sponges and cloths neatly together beside the sink.
Style advice from Mark
The stoneware takes me back to my childhood, reminiscent of my grandmother's larder, where honey was kept in similar jars. Their quiet, natural character allows them to sit comfortably in almost any kitchen without drawing attention away from everything else.

No installation required. Designed to sit on kitchen worktops, shelves or within open kitchen storage, keeping everyday utensils close to hand.

Design
A handcrafted stoneware salt pot with a subtle groove beneath the rim. Designed to keep salt close to hand while cooking, its understated form combines everyday practicality with the warmth and character of handmade British pottery.
Style advice from Mark
I always like to keep a salt pot beside the hob rather than reaching into a cupboard every time I'm cooking. It's one of those simple objects that's used every day, so it's worth choosing something beautiful. It sits perfectly alongside timber chopping boards, stone worktops and aged brass fittings.

Design
A compact stoneware pot designed to keep everyday washing-up essentials neatly contained. Ideal for storing a vegetable brush, sponge, dishcloth or scourer, its simple cylindrical form and subtle groove beneath the rim bring order and quiet character to the kitchen sink.

Material
Made from solid sapele hardwood. These shelves are supplied as timber only. Shelf brackets are sold separately.
Design
A simple, honest timber shelf available in three thicknesses — 25mm, 32mm and 44mm. Designed to pair with our cast bronze bracket collection, each shelf is available in a choice of depths to suit different bracket projections.
Depth Options
15cm — suitable for our 4-inch brackets
25cm — suitable for our 8-inch brackets
30cm — suitable for our 10-inch brackets
35cm — suitable for our 12-inch brackets
Available Lengths
60cm, 90cm, 120cm, 150cm, 180cm, 210cm and 240cm.
Style advice from Mark
Follow the architecture of the room. Longer shelves work well as uninterrupted runs above worktops or wrapped around corners in a pantry. The 44mm shelf makes a confident statement as a single feature shelf, the 32mm offers a balanced, contemporary proportion, while the 25mm thickness feels lighter and is well suited to multiple shelves.
Installation
For alcove installations, use our Clam Brackets with two brackets at each end and additional brackets along the length where required, as shown in the photographs. For flat wall installations, pair the shelf with any of our cast bronze bracket designs. Brackets are sold separately. Supplied with brass screws.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British workshop.
Shipping
Made to order with a lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks.
We ship to the USA and worldwide.
Use Case
Ideal for kitchens, pantries, utility rooms, boot rooms, hallways and living spaces. Suitable for displaying ceramics, glassware and cookware or creating practical pantry storage when paired with our cast bronze brackets.
Finish Notes
The solid sapele hardwood is supplied unfinished, allowing you to leave it natural or apply your preferred finish. Our preference is a clear wax, which protects the timber while preserving its natural colour and character. As with all solid timber, natural variation in colour and grain is part of what makes every shelf unique.
Material
Made from solid brass, this cleat hook is traditionally sand-cast and carefully hand-finished for strength, weight and longevity. Subtle variations in surface texture are inherent to the casting process, giving each piece its own individual character.
Design
A traditional cleat form refined for interior use and proportioned specifically for securing Roman blind cords. Unlike lightweight pressed or plated fittings, the Lewis Cleat is cast in solid brass, giving this small piece of window hardware a satisfying weight and permanence.
Style advice from Mark
A cleat hook is a tiny detail, but it's one you see and use every day. I designed the Lewis because I wanted something substantial enough to sit comfortably alongside traditional joinery and good-quality Roman blinds, rather than treating the cord cleat as an afterthought. I particularly like it positioned neatly on the window frame or reveal so it feels part of the architecture.
Installation
Designed for wall mounting and typically positioned in line with the window architrave, window frame or window reveal. Supplied with solid brass screws.
Craftsmanship
Carefully sand-cast and hand-finished in a British foundry using traditional casting techniques.
Shipping
Dispatched within 3 working days.
We ship worldwide, including the USA.
Use Case
Designed primarily for securing the operating cord of Roman blinds. Suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and other interiors where the blind hardware remains visible and forms part of the overall window detailing.
Finish Notes
The solid brass is left raw and unlacquered so it can age naturally. It will gradually oxidise and mellow with exposure to air and touch, developing a deeper, richer patina over time. Slight variations in colour and surface texture are part of the character of traditionally cast brass.
Size Information
The Lewis Cleat Hook is produced in one considered size, carefully scaled for Roman blind cords and traditional window proportions.
The Lewis Range
The Lewis Cleat Hook is part of our solid brass window hardware collection, alongside The Lewis Cord Weight and The Lewis Sash Lift. Each is made in unlacquered brass and designed to bring the same considered approach to the smaller functional details of traditional window dressing.
Material
Made from solid unlacquered brass, providing the weight needed to keep blind cords hanging neatly while developing a rich natural patina with age and use.
Design
A simple, traditional cord weight inspired by period window furnishings and architectural hardware. The weight unscrews into two parts, allowing it to be fitted to cords up to 2mm in diameter. At 138g, the solid brass construction gives it enough weight to keep the cord hanging neatly while making it easy to find and use.
Style advice from Mark
If you're installing new Roman blinds, I would always pair these with The Lewis Cleat Hook – Unlacquered Brass. Both are made from the same unlacquered brass, creating a much more considered finish around the window. They also work beautifully as decorative light pulls in bathrooms, cloakrooms and utility spaces.
Installation
The weight unscrews into two sections for easy fitting onto the cord before being reassembled by hand. Suitable for cords up to 2mm in diameter.
Brown Cord
If you're looking for something a little more sympathetic than a harsh white cord running down the side of your window, we also stock a fine 2mm round brown cord, as shown in the first two photographs. It is available for 25p per metre when purchased with one of our brass cord weights. It isn't currently available to buy directly through the website, so simply contact us after placing your order and we'll be happy to add it.
Craftsmanship
Carefully handcrafted in a British foundry.

The Lewis Range
The Lewis Cord Weight is part of our unlacquered brass window hardware collection, alongside The Lewis Cleat Hook and The Lewis Sash Lift. It also works naturally with our brass café curtain rails, allowing the smaller details around a window to share the same material and finish.
Our collection of kitchen hardware and accessories brings together practical fittings and everyday objects, chosen for their usefulness, materials and enduring design. From cast bronze hooks and utensil racks to stoneware pots and handmade pantry rails, these are pieces intended to be used and enjoyed for years.
Kitchen Rails & Utensil Storage
Our Pantry Rail combines cast bronze brackets with hardwood spindles, providing a practical place for tea towels and kitchen linens. For hanging utensils, the sand-cast bronze Kitchen Utensil Rack and Kitchen Pan Rack keep frequently used items close at hand while freeing up valuable cupboard and worktop space.
Individual hooks offer further possibilities. The Utility Hook Large, Pan Hook, Scissor Hook and S-Hook can be used for pans, brushes, utensils and other everyday kitchen equipment.
Kitchen Shelving & Sink Fittings
Good kitchen storage need not be complicated. Our cast bronze Draining Rack and Soap Rack provide useful storage around the sink, while the Kitchen Shelf offers an alternative to conventional fitted cabinetry.
The cast bronze Sink Brackets are available in small, medium and large sizes, designed to support a range of kitchen sinks and worktops. Their simple construction and hand-finished surfaces suit both traditional kitchens and more contemporary interiors.
Stoneware Kitchen Pots
Alongside our metal fittings is a collection of practical stoneware for the kitchen. The Utensil Pots provide storage for wooden spoons, whisks and other cooking tools, while the Kitchen Sink Tidy Pot keeps brushes and soap neatly together.
The Salt Pot, Garlic Pot and Olive Pot are useful additions to the worktop or dining table. Their understated shapes and natural finishes sit comfortably alongside timber, marble, brass and bronze.
Traditional Kitchen Details
Smaller fittings can make a considerable difference to the way a kitchen works. Our Lewis Cleat Hook and Lewis Cord Weight are designed for traditional window blinds, while the wall-mounted Soap Dispenser Bracket keeps the sink area uncluttered.
The collection also includes the Hand Towel Rail in cast bronze, a useful fitting for kitchen islands, cabinetry and walls.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Much of our bronze and brass hardware is sand-cast and hand-finished in Britain. We favour unlacquered metals that develop a natural patina through handling and use, rather than finishes designed to remain permanently bright.
These are straightforward, well-considered objects, made to complement the character of a kitchen without overwhelming it. Whether furnishing a traditional country kitchen, a London townhouse or a contemporary space, the emphasis remains on practical design, honest materials and lasting quality.
Material: Crafted from two turned spindles of solid sapele hardwood with a warm, rich grain and a hand-applied wax finish. The rail is supported by cast bronze end brackets, available in either Raw Bronze or Oil Rubbed Bronze, combining the warmth of timber with the permanence of solid bronze.
Design: The Pantry Rail is a double tea towel rail designed to keep towels neatly organised without taking up valuable worktop space. The turned sapele spindles take inspiration from traditional bamboo forms, while the sand-cast bronze brackets provide strength, balance and understated character.
For a more compact alternative, see our Hand Towel Rail, ideal for smaller spaces.
Style advice from Mark: We wanted something that felt as though it belonged in a hardworking Victorian scullery, but refined enough for today's kitchens. I use one in my own kitchen on the back of the larder door for tea towels. It's equally at home mounted beneath a shelf, on the end of cabinetry or behind a door—simple, practical and always within reach.
Installation: Supplied fully assembled. The rail gains its full strength once fixed to the wall using the two cast bronze brackets. Supplied with solid brass screws.
Craftsmanship: The bronze brackets are individually sand-cast and hand-finished in Britain. The sapele hardwood spindles are turned in small batches by a British woodturner before being carefully waxed and assembled.

Finish Notes
Available in two finishes:
Raw Bronze – Left unlacquered with a natural sand-cast texture that develops a rich patina over time.
Oil Rubbed Bronze – A deep brown finish, close to black, offering a stronger architectural contrast while remaining unlacquered and continuing to mature subtly with age.
The sapele hardwood is finished with a natural wax to enhance its grain and provide a soft lustre. Variations in colour, grain and texture are part of the character of both the timber and the bronze.
