Shipping INFO

Please kindly note that your shipping cost covers the following:

  • The cost of the UPS courier service

  • The cost of card, tissue paper and tape

  • The time it takes us to pick, pack and book the courier

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm

We aim to dispatch orders with UPS within 3 working days  

We cannot assume liability for undelivered parcels if an incorrect delivery address is provided during checkout.

Kindly note that if a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at the checkout you will be charged the following:

The cost of re-dispatch (the shipping charge from your order)

and

An admin fee of £25 for address correction

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes/duties
Please resolve any issues regarding these with your local customs office


Returns INFO

Please note, bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Please post the items you wish to return to the below address:

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return postage

  • Returns 0 - 28 days: Full product refund, providing it has not been used or damaged

  • Returns 29 days - 3 months: Full product refund minus a 25% restocking fee

  • Returns after 3 months: No refund, sorry

  • Please email us before you return any item so we can confirm the studio is open to accept the return

    If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our studio, you will receive a refund. However, a deduction of 30% of the shipping

    cost will be applied to cover the packing time and materials since the orders have been packed but have not yet left our studio.

    We will process the refund within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

    Refunds on orders that have been paid with PayPal will be a minus a 3% PayPal fee. This fee is taken at source by PayPal and is not refundable
