• When to use: This includes re-delivery of returned parcels, address corrections, upgraded or expedited shipping, or any bespoke shipping arrangements agreed by email.

• How it works: Select the value we’ve advised (£25–£250) and complete checkout as normal. This allows us to dispatch your order promptly with the updated shipping arrangement.
