Knobs

Our collection of cabinet and door knobs brings together traditional designs in cast bronze, solid brass and wood. Simple in form and carefully considered in proportion, these fittings are suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and throughout the home.

Cast Bronze Cabinet Knobs

Our sand-cast bronze cabinet knobs are made in Britain using traditional casting methods and finished by hand. The process gives each piece a subtle individuality, with small variations in surface texture that are characteristic of sand-cast metal.

The collection includes the Oval Cabinet Knob and Round Cabinet Knobs in different sizes. Their straightforward shapes work equally well on painted cabinetry, natural timber and traditional joinery.

The bronze is left unlacquered, allowing the surface to develop a natural patina with handling and age. Areas that are frequently touched gradually become smoother and more polished, while recessed surfaces retain a darker appearance.

Oval Cabinet Knobs

The Oval Cabinet Knob is available in sand-cast bronze and solid brass. Its elongated shape provides a comfortable grip and a slightly different character from a conventional round knob.

Oval knobs are particularly suited to cupboard doors, bathroom cabinetry, freestanding furniture and smaller drawers. They can be used consistently throughout a room or combined with drawer pulls where a different type of fitting is required.

Round Cabinet Knobs

Our Round Cabinet Knobs offer a traditional, understated solution for kitchen cupboards, drawers and furniture.

The collection includes 1-inch and 1¼-inch sand-cast bronze designs, alongside an aged bronze version. The different sizes allow the proportions of the knob to be matched to the scale of the cupboard or drawer.

These are versatile fittings that work particularly well with painted timber, whether on period cabinetry or more contemporary joinery.

House Door Knobs

The House Door Knob combines ebonised wood with raw bronze, bringing together two contrasting materials in a traditional design.

The dark, ribbed wooden grip sits against a bronze rose, creating a distinctive fitting for interior doors. Its combination of texture, colour and material makes it particularly appropriate for period houses and carefully detailed interiors.

Materials & Finishes

We favour natural materials and finishes that change gracefully with use. Unlacquered bronze and brass develop character over time rather than maintaining a permanently uniform appearance.

Our cabinet knobs are designed to be practical, comfortable to use and visually restrained. Whether replacing existing fittings or specifying hardware for new cabinetry, they offer an enduring alternative to mass-produced decorative hardware.
